Terms of Service
Last updated 15 September 2026. These terms are a contract between you and brand AI, trading as Brand Buddy AI at brandbuddyai.shop. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide and for the activity on your account. You must keep your login confidential, be legally able to enter this agreement, and have authority to bind any organisation you represent.
AI-generated content
AI output is a starting point. You remain responsible for reviewing content before it is published, including claims, prices and regulated statements. Output may be inaccurate and is not professional legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for having rights to all material you upload, and for deciding how outputs are used.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, hate speech, deceptive deepfakes, malware, security probing, scraping, infringement of intellectual-property rights, or attempts to bypass safeguards or technical limits. We may filter or refuse outputs, remove unlawful or infringing material, and suspend repeat or serious offenders. Rights holders may report concerns to support@brandbuddyai.shop.
Publishing
Publishing depends on the platforms you connect and their own rules. We cannot guarantee delivery when a platform rejects a post or a connection expires.
Connected social accounts
You connect accounts through each platform's official sign-in. We never ask for your social media password. You confirm you are allowed to publish for the Pages and accounts you connect, and you agree to follow the rules of Meta, LinkedIn and X while using this service. Disconnecting an account deletes its stored access immediately.
Automatic publishing
If you switch on Automate, content is written, designed, scheduled and published without waiting for your approval. You choose that setting and remain responsible for what goes out. You can pause all publishing at any time from Connections.
Payments and subscriptions
The Unlimited subscription has a seven-day trial that requires a payment card. Trial use does not unlock Unlimited access; access begins after the first successful payment. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method provided at checkout. The limited launch offer is $20 USD per month for the first four paid monthly periods for eligible orders placed by 15 December 2026; the regular price is then $40 USD per month. Prices shown at checkout govern and applicable taxes are calculated there. You may cancel before renewal through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period. Failed payments pause paid access immediately. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment method is charged by Stripe on behalf of brand AI under these terms.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). Your payment details are handled and stored by Stripe under its own security and privacy terms; brand AI is the seller of the service and never stores your card number. You can manage your subscription, payment method and invoices from the billing portal in Settings.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and requests are explained in our Refund Policy.
Your data
You retain rights in your business information, prompts and eligible output. You grant brand AI a limited licence to host, process and transmit that material only as needed to provide and secure the service. brand AI retains ownership of Brand Buddy AI, its software, documentation, interface and branding. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute or circumvent the service. You can download or delete your data from Settings; see our Privacy Policy and data deletion page.
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate a connected platform's policies, materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly commit serious violations. Account deletion permanently removes service data except records we must retain by law.
No warranty and limits
The service is provided as is and as available, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not promise a particular level of reach, engagement or sales. To the fullest extent permitted by law, brand AI is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable.
