Delete your data

You can remove everything yourself in under a minute. Nothing is kept in a hidden backup afterwards.

Remove a connected social account

  1. Sign in and open Connections.
  2. Choose Disconnect on the account you want removed.
  3. The stored access token is deleted straight away and we can no longer see or publish anything on that account. You can also remove Brand Buddy AI from your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites.

Delete your whole account

  1. Sign in and open Settings.
  2. Optional: choose “Download my data” first to keep a copy.
  3. In “Your data”, type DELETE and choose “Delete permanently”.
  4. Your business, posts, captions, generated images, logos, performance figures, connections and login are deleted immediately.

Ask us to do it for you

Email privacy@brandbuddyai.shop from the address on your account, asking us to delete your data. We will confirm within 30 days. See our privacy policy for what we hold and why.
