30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date. This guarantee does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law.
How to request a refund
Email support@brandbuddyai.shop from the email address used for the purchase, with the order date and a short reason. We will confirm eligibility and submit the refund for you.
Trials and cancellations
The seven-day trial requires a payment card but does not itself provide Unlimited access. Cancel before the trial ends to prevent the first charge. Canceling a paid subscription stops future renewals and keeps access available through the current paid period; cancellation is separate from requesting a refund for a completed payment.
Processing
brand AI reviews and approves refunds, and Stripe processes them to the original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
